Madden Early Release Files Not Accessible?

I got the early release and my kids started a Connected Career file. Now that we have the retail / CD version those files can't be accessed. On my hard drive there's a folder for Madden 13 and a separate folder for MaddenEarlyRelease (where the saved files are).

I thought part of the point of the early release was that all files and progress would "transfer" over or be accessible in the retail version? Did I mis-interpret this? Or is there something I need to do to move them to the right location and make them accessible?

What system do you have? I'm on Xbox and can access my early release saves perfectly fine with the retail cd version

I'm on XBox360...

Strange.. wonder why I can't access them. I see them on my storage device under Madden Early Release (vs. the retail saves where the folder is just Madden 13).

Do you see the same?

Nevermind... decided to boot it up again and sure enough it asked if we wanted to import the Early Release content and everything worked. I probably just selected the wrong option the first time through.
