Help with Double Coverage

All:
I'm in hopes that some one can give me a tip on both or either issue:
1. I am not able to manually put a LB into double coverage. On the XBOX, I think I hit the pad up, then the receiver's button and then my choice. I'm not successful.

2. In the Bengal's D Book, (this is my team, please refrain from jokes) I can't find any pre-set double coverages. Does any team's D have double coverage plays?
