Development Rating - any easy way to check?

The only way I can find a player's development rating is when I'm am in the player progression screen.

I haven't seen this rating on any other screen.

Is there any way to look at this for players on other teams or without going into that menu each time?

On a guess im going to say the only other way is the madden strategy guide.

Great question. I know that you can unlock it during scouting. It gives a number score 1-5, with 5 being "superstar"
