Yeah, I got one sack with Jared Allen but 16 with Robison for the season. It didn't seem this way in the demo with me either.

The turbo rush technique does in fact work. Thanks for the tip. Now if I could only figure out how to cover tight ends and the short passing game in general. Every QB is automatic on passes under 10 yards long, and any tight end I play online kills me. Those 3 yard in and out patterns that TE's run if timed properly have been killing me.

Re: And why is the LE/LOLB getting the most sacks again?

It's some kind of glitch. No matter what LE (or LOLB) you use or what RT, on certain plays like 2 Man Under, the LE will engage the RT for a second and then push off and around him. The RT almost never shuffles over enough to reengage him. This doesn't happen with the RE (or ROLB) who engages the LT and then does this long scenario where he pushes and jabs with him for a while before eventually swimming past him. I've experimented with different teams and different players to make sure it wasn't a fluke. Even the best pass blockers get pushed off by the crappiest LEs.

There only seem to be two things that affect it: what play the defense calls and keeping a TE in to block. Certain plays like Cover 1 don't have the LE doing his insta-push off. He just engages and dances like the RE does. Not sure why. And when you keep a TE in to block, the RE doesn't engage the TE most of the time, but the TE does change the LE's angle coming at the QB slightly so he ends up going straight at the RT and isn't able to just push off and around him. Keeping a HB in to block doesn't have the same affect though.

The reason why both DEs were able to get pressure in the demo was b/c the REs were able to do this push off & around move the LEs are doing. But for some reason, it's just the LEs now.

I tried this and it does help. I did a test CCM as a 3-4 LOLB. Since I was the highest rated OLB on team(Cards), they had me starting at ROLB. If I just try to shed the block, 7/10 times I either got stonewalled or shoved down regardless of LT ability. I tried the speed rushing tactic. I was able to get pressure.

But most of the time even if I get pass the LT, there is a RB to chip me or a OL to slide of and block me. It seems like the CPU always has the RB stay back there and block. The only thing I saw that I didnt like was that sometimes I would get past the LT and the RT(when he isnt blocking anyone) slide over to get me.

I was able to get 5 sacks in 5 games. It would probably be 6+ counting the assisted sacks not counted.

Re: And why is the LE/LOLB getting the most sacks again?

i remember there was this same problem in NCAA 13 and someone said something to the effect that right handed QB's will roll to the right when the pocket starts breaking down

i took that to mean that the QB often times will run right into the hands of your left end, or just roll farther away from your right end
