Every time I start up Madden 13 it says that my online pass isn't valid and makes me redownload it. Everything works after that but it is really annoying to have to redownload and reactivate the online pass every time I start up Madden. Is this happening to anyone else?

yes it was happening me as well but it stopped now dont know if its a glitch or what happened to me in 12 as well.
