draft classes: pre-set or random ratings?

I think the non-storyline guys are the same each time, though.

this seems reasonable:

some players may or may not have certain "story lines" that COULD impact their rating. but others do not.

or... the story lines that impact ratings (like major injuries) only happen once in a while for every player thus explaining why i see the same top running back with the same ratings in a certain class that i identify by the top two QBs.

at any rate, i would have like to see every draft class completely random but this is not the case.
