Lawsuit...or...there must be some way to make the NFL take notice?

With the technology we have, and the variety of gamers we have there MUST be something we can do about the way EA is shafting us?

If using nothing more than the internet and this forum (plus other links) we can maybe get a petition going which can be presented to the NFL. Forcing them to have a sit down with EA and express our dissatisfaction.

I'm aware of "talk with our money" by not buying the product...but that is something these monopolies handle and ignore very well. Simply, there will not be enough organization to talk with our money. There will not be enough people aware or overly concerned, to talk with our money.

I believe we can influence EA to either give us the game we want...or the NFL take away the exclusive license they have.

A little help on this please...

Are you being serious?

You're gonna sue the EA for not having the features you want?

I'm sorry but in what way has EA shafted us? This year has taken a pretty big step in the right direction. Like most of us here I was pretty disappointed with EA's last few Madden releases. But Madden 13 seems a reboot of the game and now they've laid the foundation for the advancement of the series. Sure they've removed a few things but they will most likely be back in the next release or the next gen consoles.

lol didn't this happen a few years back, a bunch of angry clowns bought a lawsuit against EA/Madden?

still an equally laughable/ridiculous premise

Be an educated buyer and you won't get shafted. I am in no way an EA "fanboy" but they told us what was left out what, a month and a half ago?! If you knew what was missing before you bought it and are now complaining , sorry, your problem. Read reviews, blogs, watch videos, geez there was only 100's of them from E3 telling us what was in and what they took out.

To all agree with this type of thinking, let me explain it clearly for you:

You are not entitled to a video game that meets your expectations. Not legally or otherwise. No one owes you jack. Welcome to being a grown up.

Good luck with a lawsuit where your claim to damages are that they didn't put in all the features you wanted.
