Poker's "Adopt-A-Team" Thread!

Hey guys, I had the distinct pleasure, and often pain -- of being a Lions fan all of my life. Which used to always be great for Madden, as it generally enabled me to start with the worst, or at least one of the worst 5, teams in the NFL. Except for hockey, where I just wanted to play the Red Wings -- I *love* that rebuilding project... especially now with these great storylines and the scouting, I really think I want to go with the worst team in the NFL and try to rebuild them.

SO, who am I looking to adopt as a second franchise under CC? I'll of course have a Lions CC, its nice to play with a great and fun squad after all these years, but I will miss that feeling of accomplishment with rebuilding a winner.

Jags? Dolphins? Browns? Cardinals?

I'm thinking the Cardinals might be the most fun situation, as they for sure are going to have to get a QB, but they still have some fun pieces to build around and play with while they are bad and rebuilding.

What are your thoughts?

If you wanted the worst team I'd go with the Jags and trade away MJD (and Blackmon if you really want to struggle). Outside of MJD they don't have many players at all that are good, at least in the first year.

Why not lean Arizona though? They are going to have to get a new QB (a crucial part of any quality rebuild) and...

Bengals wouldnt qualify as being one of the 5 most worst teams in the league tho

Jags have a solid LBs set, WR system, TE, RB, and have already started on improving their line.

The Vikings have 4 players on their entire team.

Yep that's why I choose the Vikings, every reason you stated above plus their tough conference you could easily lose every conference game. Also their rookies aren't that good.
