Changing schemes

Has anyone figure out how to change they're offensive or defensive schemes yet. I've started with the Bucs, with a created coach ofcourse, and i'm power run and 4-3 D. I want to change to Multiple front D.
Anyone know how?

I have found that, while it's not changing the actual scheme per se, you CAN change your defensive playbook when you start your coach (so you would choose Multiple D) yourself. Then youcould go into schemes and set the player types to whichever might favour you and start working toward those personell. Then, for all INTENTS you will be a multiple D team on the field, and in practice, and slowly working your way their on the roster and depth chart... (Though no actual position alotments will change...)

I don't think you can right now.

I've wanted to change my team from 60/40 pass/run to 52/48 because I got a stud running back and I can't do that.

Very frustrating.
