I'm thinking Tampa Bay, should be able to get the starting job by week 1...any other tips?

Arizona is where I always fall back too if I want an immediate starting job. Receivers are great. Beanie Wells is ridiculously good... (Really unsure why to be perfectly honest.)

And it's nice to really get a chance to carry the defense.

Depends if you want a realistic place which hasn't just drafted a QB. If your not too concerned then Browns are pretty dire
