Is anyone else having problems with mics not working well when playing team play? The volume goes low and high.

Oh snap!! My mic does the same thing. I haven't tried team play, but it does it with community head to head play for sure. I thought my mic was broke. I just went and bout another one today. WTH?

This is an issue EA had in the past with the NHL series and they finally fixed it after about three years with NHL 12.

How many people are you playing with? If you only have one other person on your team with a mic, you're more likely than not going to run into the issue.

i dont play in commuintes but i played a guy from my work and he has mic i dont and in 12 i could hear him clear as day threw my tv speakers.....in 13 we played 2 games and both times the mic the sound sounded like he had food in his mouth and couldnt understand him @ all. and i saw other post as well where ppl said mics were messed up.

I play 2v2 community rank team play, and my team mate and i can barely hear each other.

I dont have a mic, but everyone sounds distorted or tinny ( tin)

on my ps3 .

Same problem here. Volume goes up and down perpetually. I'm in Virginia but my buddy in Ottawa is having NO mic problems. Perhaps it's a geographic problem.
