Sliders: CCM & Play Now

So, I always hear sliders play differently between the two modes. I personally don't think so. In CCM, schemes play a big role in player performance. I player in the wrong scheme doesn't play to his full actual overall rating. If you change the Lions WR schemes, Megatron drops to mid 80s in overall and drops a lot of passes in traffic.

In Play Now, schemes don't apply and players play to their original ratings.

I don't think sliders are different, it's just schemes playing their roles.


Not sure if this has been talked about, all I hear is people complaining the sliders are broken which I think they aren't.

I disagree.

Plus, it's not JUST SLIDERS. Why is the running back juking into his blockers and dancing around the backfield in ccm and not play now.

Broken is not the word, different is the word.

It's a different game, and maybe schemes are why, but why arent CPU running backs running like they do in play now

I never have an issue with that. I always see the CPU jumping over fallen blockers and using the spin move a lot. Maybe you play All-Madden? Which IMO gives Madden horrible AI.

Sliders are def broken, needs a fix, im surprised people havent complained more around here

In Play now the CPU RBs run the ball and use there vision and cutback ability way better then they do in CCM. That's not even a debate..
