Creating an effective pass rush?

So in my first CCM I'm using the Eagles. I thought testing out madden 13's pass rushing dynamics would be best used on a great pass rushing team. I play on all madden with sliders (I'm not sure if putting the sliders over 50 makes it all pro like it did last year, but I have user pass rush on 50. I also have CPU pass blocking on like 5.)

So in the preseason my only sacks came from the LE's. Jason Babin had 5, Brandon Graham had 2, and Phillip Hunt had 1 (he's an RE I put at left.) Not once did any of my RE's have a sack. Significant run stoppage and tackling, but no sacks.

I thought that if I go to certain formations and do DE Flips that would help even it out a bit. Does that work? I do like using one sided blitzes especially on the RT's side.

Change up the d-line assignments with the d-pad. Move them left, right, in, out, use the right stick to make them swarm outside, etc. I think if you keep it all the same each play, the computer knows how you are rushing and blocks it more effectively.
