Question have any of ya'll seen in other leagues random FA signings by CPU teams? All of our roster settings are switched to 'OFF' so there should be no signings by the CPU but there's been at least two since last night.

that's for the teams you're controlling though. you switch that off to make sure the CPU doesn't make any signings e.t.c. for you.
