Changing play book in ccm online

I created a coach and noticed its west coach and I'm playing with the lions. Is there a way to change scheme to lions and change it without retiring my coach and losing xp. Is the lion playbook similar to WC?

The screen where you choose uniforms, the option right above it in Advanced

How can we do it permanently so we don't have to keep changing it at the select team/uniform screen?

You want to set your defensive audibles? Good for you. Now do it before every game.
