Controls for blocking (CCM RB)

Um are there any controls for blocking? I looked all through the 'manuals' and didn't find any. Tried a search here and didn't see anything.

When my created CCM running back is supposed to be blocking to do just try to get in soemones way? Do I press any buttons There's still an impact blocking rating, are there still impact blocks?

All I know is right stick down is a cut block. To engage I believe you just run into the defender and allow the animation to play out

I usually use the strafe button to go around the pocket and use either Up on the right stick to chip/attempt pancake block lol, or to the left/right/down to preform cut blocks. But I hardly stay in to block as I play for the Colts and usually on some kind of release/wheel route.
