Changing Scheme in Online CCM

It seems like you get whatever scheme that team has by default. As the Browns I get West Coast and Spread. As the Colts I get Power run and 3-4 defense.

I am not a big advocate of player editing but I do think I should be able to change their position if I want. I wanted to change the Colts back to 4-3 and put Mathis and Freeney back at DE but it seems I cannot.

You also can't seem to change your coaches playbook after you start. Nor does the playbook you choose effect your default coaching scheme.

I am on the rams, created coach. Using Bill Walsh playbook.

I'm stuck with it saying Power Run forever?
