Re: Anyone do the Stephen Diaz draft yet?

Trent Platt is all you need to know about in that one.

My fave 'prospect' in the game.

WR. Went top 3 each time I simmed it. 6-4 236 with 96 speed and 99 jump.

A beast who comes out at 86 or so.

Re: Anyone do the Stephen Diaz draft yet?

I'll look with more details tmrw. But I believe the LT from ND turned out to be a solid player for me. DE Archer was really good mid to high 80s overall and mid 80s speed and 90 acc I think. There is a rb named ward that can easily be turned into a monster and that is 95/96 speed and acc. All 4 of those players are superstars (4th being PLATT who is the best WR prospect I ever saw...just an absolute animal).

Re: Anyone do the Stephen Diaz draft yet?

It's A LOT easier to trade for draft picks during the season. I usually would trade during week 7 or 8 being the last week trades can be done. That way u know a lot more about who will be good and who won't.. PLATT will more than likely go #1 and he is worth selling your team for if u have to in order to insure you get the #1 pick... Trying to trade after the season for the #1 pick either costs a really good player and pick that the team needs or it costs a TON of draft picks. Also Archer (DE) and Ward (RB) can be gotten in mid to and later first round for Ward. Not a bad draft class to build your franchise around by any means and then work the draft by trading down when possible and you ll be golden for the studs in the next draft class! Just a little advice from what I ve learned after doing CC several years in.

just scout anyone after rd 3 at positions of need, if its "C" or especially "B" awareness it will 90 percent of the time be quick or superstar.

Re: Anyone do the Stephen Diaz draft yet?

With those being my WR's do you think it's worth it for me to try to trade for that #1 pick to gEt Platt or just roll with what I got?

I have Trent Platt and he is wicked!!!
I run a deep burl pattern with him and he cuts on a dime...
The DB's can't tackle him he trucks their asses!!!

Oh and I broke Jerry Rice's single season record for yards with Platt!!!
