If you people would take the time to read at least a portion of the 29 pages (or even just the first page) of posts on this topic, you wouldnt have all these questions.

No need to get upset.
More of a joke, less of an insult...

Why don't you list some of the player that are listed in the news feed?
We might be able to help.

My only other question is about the Development Trait.

Are you guys sure that a player progresses the same whether you purchase the 50k Development Trait option or not? Because the description of Development Trait in the Progression options of a player says "Purchase this package to improve how quickly you develop"

The better the rating, the better your player will improve.
I like to draft players with high development, so I don't need to spend 50K XP, I stay away from slow dev players. Too much Xp to get them up to Star unless their ratings that matter most are really nice.

Also look into the type of coach you use, some will get more XP weekly, some will be better signing FA's.

Did he take the time to see if those players were scoutable at all?

2 things. I've seen players mentioned that never showed up in the draft and weren't in the guide. Also, sometimes players are listed/mentioned and they aren't scoutable. It's a glitch, I have it right now. They'll show up eventually.

Really???
I don't recall ever running into this problem, that's why I asked him to name a few guys/"players". Not all of them will fall under/into this "glitch".
Which platform are you playing on guys?

Re: ** SPOILERS ** Madden 13 Draft Class Guide

Hey guys, thanks for replying to people's questions and answering them for us. Definitely helps out.

As for Development. Here is the way it typically works. Each player has a development level. Each week he has goals that he has to get (can be shown if you go into the player ON the player progress screen that shows his yearly goal). The value of those weekly goals (xp wise) change based on his development level. Typically if you have normal dev he gets 500ish exp, for super star its 1000. Id guess (don't remember off top of my head) slow would get 250ish, and quick would get 750ish... but not 100% on that. I do know however that IF you get the coach xp bonus for a specific position, a quick dev player of that position can get 950ish to 1000 per item per week. So that makes it less important to get superstar.

On a last note, dev also makes the yearly goals more easily achievable, as does the players place on the depth chart.

Think about it this way, lower dev players get need 50k xp to increase their dev, but they get it slower than the guys that start higher. Dev is incredibly important.

*end rant*

WEIRD.

In the Jason Merian class there is a WR named Je-Marc Morris that has a HUGE head. It'sso distracting that I am trading him. It's really silly looking. Sad, he's a stud.

Just wanted to warn you guys.
