Server stability issues in CC

So 5 times in the last 2 weeks I've had games in my 31 person online CCM disconnect due to de-sync late in the 4th quarters of league games. Obviously this is causing serious issues as people are literally being robbed of wins because it erases all the stats and doesn't reward the game to the team which was leading at the time of the disconnect essentially resetting the game.

Has there been any information from EA about what they're doing about this issue and when/if we can expect the CC servers to be stabilized? it would be horrible if something like this occurred late in a playoff game or even the super bowl.

Anybody have any insight?

I am an IT guy. Tell me this:

1) do you live in a house or apt?
2) what connection do you have?
3) what other devices do you have connected to the internet simultaneously?
4) what router do you have?

I'm connecting directly into the router
usually my girlfriends computer
Netgear N600


..the thing is though that it's not just me, it's happened to others in my league in games I'm not involved with.

Yeah, there is a server stability issue. This is the first time they're doing this sort of thing so it's technically at it's "beta" stages.

If you're directly connected to the router and you don't ever experience dropped connection on the internet, that could rule out the possibility of a faulty router.

It definitely is the server. Some people pay premium internet service and that's why they don't have any problems. But for people like you and me who have the basic internet, suitable for online gaming, it's not suitable for EA Madden server.

Some of their connections must just suck, be weak, or other people are leeching off their signal. Mine has been working perfect in my online games in ccm, both solo and multiple users.
