Real stats and scores in 6 minute quarters?

Hi,

I usually play 6 or 7 minute quarters, because I don't really have time to play 10 or 12 minute quarters. So, my question is this. With 6 minutes/quarter I get only scores like 7:14, 10:14, or 3:7. Is it even possible to get somewhat real scores and stats with 6 minutes per quarter? I mean, I want to also compete in the passing and rushing ratings, but I always qualify last because all the AI teams play 15 minutes per quarter and also get higher stats than me.

It's simple math... You're not going to run enough plays in that span to hang with the league stats wise.

So the answer is no. If you want realistic results, up the quarter length.

Yeah, you're right. A 'Simulation Quarter Length' setting like in the NBA 2k series would be fine. Then the simulated stats would be more or less in the same range as the played games.

Turn off acc.click and play on normal game speed. That will help

I think he means that if you turn off accelerated play clock and play on normal speed with 6 minute quarters, you should be able to get close to real stats.

i get realistic scores, and more importantly, a realistic # of carries & pass attempts with 7 min qtrs, no acc clock.
