Draft classes download?

Sorry if it has been answered elsewhere, but I'm trying to figure out if you can download NCAA draft classes somehow to be used within Madden's CC. I'm not sure if this has ever been a feature on Madden, but this year I am without NCAA Football, but would like to get realistic draft classes for some future years if possible. I haven't even gotten to this point within a Madden CC, but wonder if you can give me info. Would I have to get NCAA?

Sadly this is the first year it is not possible. The draft classes in M13 are all pre programmed. They claim next year you will be able to important but I doubt it.
