DL Moves/Commit to Run?

Sorry if this has been covered elsewhere in the forum.

However, when controlling a DL, is there a way to do DL moves without having the entire defense commit to the run? I'm sick of controlling a DE or DT, trying to do a bull rush, and having it end up resulting in all 11 guys crashing down for the run, including all the DB's guarding the WR's out on their routes, giving up open bombs. Is there some kind of setting to disable the run commit?

Even when trying to do the right stick left/right moves, the defense commits those ways as well when you hit them, unless you wait about 3 seconds after the ball is snapped. Very frustrating, I feel like it's impossible to manually control a d-lineman because of this.

It's on the Fix List for the patch due out Oct. 16th

I think there are a few work arounds or some info that might help you until then in this thread:

Ya well the title also says "MAN coverage" but I'm pretty sure it does it in zone too. That thread is all over the place but it does cover the issue you were questioning.
