Post-patch, Off or Online CCM?

So after the patch next week what will be the advantages and disadvantages of each if you're a single player? I am wary of doing a single player online CCM as the EA servers aren't always reliable. Case in point, they were down yesterday morning for a short time when I tried to test out online CCM.

I would much prefer to play offline but was curious as to others opinions.

I hope offline will work like online does. I started off playing offline when the game first came out, but all the stuff that didn't work made me play a solo online ccm. I've been playing online every since, with no server problems except 1. Luckily, it was after a quick Practice session, so it didn't really bother me.
I just want to go back offline though. I would much prefer that as long as it plays the same as online.

Hopefully offline because it appears as though custom rosters won't work in the online mode.

They want the online version to play better so that more people are forced to play online. That way they can justify focusing more on online play because their numbers will be inflated.

I wasn't aware of the server issues yesterday but that might explain why last night the game was virtually unplayable due to slow response time. I would prefer offline but if you like to do a fantasy draft it appears online will be the only option.

I think I'll stick with offline post patch. I don't like being at the mercy of EA's servers when I want to pop on and play. I like that I can save when I want to instead of being stuck with auto save online.

maybe offline, but it seems like they actually make small changes every now and then that we werent getting offline.

if the cpu is fixed...if they can run the ball against me(example, I played NCAA waiting for this patch coming up, and started a dynasty, I went ahead with jarrod's sliders, 2nd or 3rd set. have had great games, but the cpu can actually run the ball(as long as its not an option attack) and own me. I just got gashed by Cal for 185 yards. I cant get the cpu in madden to run for 35)

so I guess it all depends on the all madden difficulty with the slider sets and what we can get from the cpu. if I can actually lose games to the cpu in legit fashion or frankly at all, Id be a lot happier. playing ncaa made me realize how much I LOVE fighting for the ball in madden 13 with my WR or DB, and how much I.E brings to the table.

lets hope the patch is as good as it looks on paper. if its not. ill be sticking with online play away from the only mode I like to play. CCM.

This is what I am hoping, that the patch really fixes everything and does it well. If so, I'll stay offline.
