Roster update by 16th?

Is the most recent online roster going to be the most recent when the patch drops?

If so il start editing it to take into offline ccm, if there's going to be a new one by the 16th il hold off

the new ccm one should be dropping this friday along with the play now ones so u will have your choice of what one to use then by next tuesday.
