does ur xp "boosts" only last for the season your currently in?

so far it seems like im gettting opinion answers on this question. im actually looking for a factual answer to this question. not just people opinion on how it "should be" , but how it is. thanks

I think your onto something. Every year, the packages you bought the year before should be cheaper because you already have those skills, you just have to apply it to that years squad. And depending on the team you've put together, you would boost differently each year to achieve a good balance. Also the longer u coach, the more u will be able to afford each year, making you a better and more experienced coach.

Does Coach/Player exp carry over into new seasons?

I am asking because I am in the playoffs of my online franchise and wondering what to do with my coach exp.

They do not reset.

Points (except for your coach) do not carry over (I believe).

Well we started our new season last night, and my middle lb had 20k xp and my ROLB had 40k, and i doubt that was after two games.
