First off I suggest using your edited roster if u want an accurate one, I mean make cuts and position switches before starting your CCM.
Pick any coach, it don't matter, u will b retiring them anyway.
Ok now an example of how to start, I wanted to play Cowboys vs Giants first. I controlled the Giants. So start by being Jason Garrett, set up Cowboys roster and depth chart, go back out and retire the coach. A prompt of course comes up, choose to create a new coach, then choose Tom Coughlin, then follow same steps as done with Dallas. Then play the game. Do NOT advance week afterwards, retire Coughlin, then if u want to play next game in line Bears vs Colts, decide which team u want and then set up the opposing coach first, I took Colts so I set up Lovie first, retired him, then set up Colts. Yes it's tedious!! But I'm happy with it, I used SEC's sliders for Giants game and they worked great, beat the Boys 23-20. Tough game, down to the wire, hope u guys that try this have as much fun as I'm having, it's 5 A.M. and I'm nowhere near going to sleep!!!

What happens in week 2 if you retired the coach. And who takes over the retired coach when you go to another team?
