No team goals issue

I encountered this problem only when I created my own coach which happened in two CCMs. I restarted and no longer have this issue. The problem is that my team, the Chicago Bears, will always have a 4-3 defense and I can never switch to a 3-4 because of this glitch.

For those who are running into this problem, has this occurred when you created your own coach? I think that might be the issue.

The thing is any newly required OLBs show up as they should. So I might just trade players away if I have to.

Still no workaround or confirmation of OLBs gaining XPs or not regardless of them being listed under OLBs?
