Make adjustments to your roster in my madden, then when you load a new CCM choose Import My Madden roster.
When you get into your CCM, the OVR of all of the players will be different than what they were in my madden. This is because the scheme your coach is using adjusts their ovr's to show how good they are in that scheme. Their ratings are still the same, just the ovr's are different.
