Pass/Run When Simming- PLEASE HELP

Hey guys I have a problem I've run into with CCM. Sometimes when I want to rebuild a team I'll just sim the first year. The problem is, my QB throws it 40 times a game and finishes the year with around 5,000 yards, 40 TDs, and 20 INT's every time, even if it's with like Brandon Weedon or another mediocre QB. I want it to run more, but I can't figure it out. Adjusting the frequency slider when I'm creating my coach doesn't work. Any ideas? Thanks in advance

i realised that too, im playing a QB my player CCM and the sim stats of my oponents offfense are always way off when it comes to pass/run ratio. usually they are passing too much and running too little every game i play.
