Fantasy Draft CCM - Help Wanted

I'm starting a CCM using fantasy draft, any tips on what key players I should draft and when?

I want a great line for pass protection so guys like Jake Long, Jahri Evans when do they usually go when the cpu is drafting.

Also, hoping to get Andrew Luck and Earl Thomas any advice on which round I should draft them?

I have some slightly related questions, more about the logistics of Fantasy Drafts, so I guess I'll just drop them in here.

When I started a CCM with my friend, the timer was set at 45 seconds and you couldn't change it. In addition, it was extremely difficult to maneuver around and find pertinent information. In all, it made it nearly impossible to make any kind of educated pick and you had to pretty much just choose the top player available on the screen you were currently on.

Has this been remedied, or are there any workarounds?

I've seen other people pause the draft but it was ehen they were the only one doing the draft idk if it would work with others being in a draft online.
