Is there a way to have formation subs without it resetting every game?

So in my third year of my CCM I have a very diverse defensive line where certain formations fit my players better. I have pass rushing DE's and run stopping DE's so naturally I need to have a variety of subs. And I like to flip the DE's every other formation or so because the LE gets significantly more pressure so it evens out the sack count. Unfortunately after every game it gets erased and I have to try and fix as many formations as I can before the play clock runs out, it gets really annoying needless to say.

I haven't tried this with M13, so be warned that it may no longer work...

That being said:

In game, go into the pause menu / settings and turn off the game clock...

Set your O or D subs and then turn the clock back on...

You'll most likely get hit with a "delay of game", but the subs will stick...

You'll have to try and come back and confirm...

I'm not at the console or I'd test for you...

Unless they made this possible in a recent patch, this does not work in M13 unfortunately.
