CCM Coach Changing Teams

I just finished my first season with the Bears, but would like to be the coach for another team. Is this possible, or would I need to retire and make a new coach?

Is the coach you used with the Bears a created coach?

If he is, you'll have to retire that coach for good and I believe it will allow you to create another one to take over a different team. Even if it doesn't you should be able to choose any coach from another team to take over. If you were controlling an existing coach all you have to do is retire and choose a new coach of any team in the league or create a coach to take over another team.
