Wild Cat Playbook

Is there a playbook with plenty of pass plays in Wildcat as well as QB formations or can I sub out the HB for a QB?

Never really thought of using this formation so much until now. I couldn't find any threads about it after browsing the first few pages.

Re: Wild Cat Playbook

Carolina's playbook has a few Wildcat pass plays, play action and just straight pass.

Re: Wild Cat Playbook

Would it work well with the Redskins and QB Jordan Jefferson?

Re: Wild Cat Playbook

I think so, it also has the Piston formation and there are quite a few option plays to run as well. I used it in an online CCM with the 49ers and Colin Kaepernick as my QB and enjoyed it quite a bit.

If you go into to Shotgun, Wildcat Spread, and there you go. There is also a Wildcat formation. I know this for sure.

Re: Wild Cat Playbook

The Jets have Wildcat and Gator Heavy, which is pretty much a Wildcat for short yardage situations.

Re: Wild Cat Playbook

The Eagles playbook has a bunch of read options in shotgun. Just set Jefferson as your backup QB in the depth chart and formation sub him in when you wanna wildcat it.
