CAP regarding schemes and player types?

When i create a player how can i set his ratings to generate that player to fit the scheme and player type? Is that possible? Also, say I have a run support corner, but i want him to fit in a man to man scheme. Can i build his attributes up with xp during ccm to fit my scheme? Then will it also change what he is listed as under his player card?

I duplicated everything stat wise for a qb to be like Matt schaub and he still came out to be a balanced qb and for balance offense. I did the same for a mlb like Cushing. He came out to be a balanced mlb for 4-3 scheme. Is there any way to create a 3-4 tackler for a mlb or a pocket passing zone run qb?

If I go a create a player in ccm I can get a mlb 3-4 tackler that fits attacking 3-4. I took all of those ratings and I'll see if I get same results when I create a player from outside ccm

Well that didn't work at all. It looks like the creation section under mymadden an creation section under ccm have nothing to do with each other. Is there a way to export a roster within ccm?
