Yes, that's a decent work around until you get guys who run into the problem in multiple seasons (which is documented). The other problem with that work around is that you have to have 32 user teams, and that's just not possible for everyone.

right the 32 user teams is a problem, but the problem in multiple seasons is not.

also... so if the multiple draft picks in a round is the problem... what are you going to do? stop guys from having multiple picks in any given round? that doesn't really seem feasible. maybe just tell them... "hey, if you get multiple picks in a round, just please understand that you could very well be forfeiting your opportunity to resign free agents during the off season."...

but they should still be allowed to maybe keep the guys that they wanted to resign, just give up the right to try and sign other free agents.

Does this glitch affect just online CCMs?

Or does it affect offline ones a well?

If there is any credence to the draft pick theory, my thought is that leagues would be more open to not having multiple draft picks than to having teams without the ability to resign their players, or FA's.

That's just me though.

The point is, I'm trying to find the root of the problem, not a workaround. If we know the source of the problem, we can more easily work around it.

Both Online and Offline CCM's are affected by this glitch.

Welp, just had a guy in my league tell me he had 2nd rounders and doesn't have the glitch.

So, while not completely out the window, the theory's plausibility looks grim.
