a few questions and comments
1) in offline CCM i take over as the coach. i see that you can be fired and you also have the option to retire. I think there should also be an option to resign which forces you to wait for a call for a diff job. Retiring totally erases your character.
2) they should give you the option to not only be a head coach, but also a offensive and defensive coord. just like NCAA used to do. If your O coord or D coord then you only play one side of the ball until you earn a head coaching spot.
3) is there a specific way to progress players? it just seems like i'm doing something wrong. I drafted a TE in the 3rd round after my first season and in 3 years as a pro he has something like 200 catches for 38 TD's yet hes only a 75 overall rating.
