Offline Career HELP PLEASE!

Hey Guys,

Im having a problem in my offline coaching career. I havent played the game in a few months, and decided this weekend to pick it up and start a career. So I make my roster adjustments, fix my depth chart to my liking and proceed to go into a practice task. For some reason everytime I enter a game mode whether it be practice or an actual game, when it is over my depth chart and roster adjustments keep resetting to the default rosters that were in place when I first start the career. This is very annoying because after each task I have to keep going back and setting them to my preference which is very time consuming. This almost ruins the game for me. Does anybody know why this is happening or if there is a work around? Is this just a bug that will have to be patched out? Anyone please help it is much appreciated.
