It is like this, the old guard In Orlando wants stuff done one way, the way they always did it and the new guard wants to do it another way. Hmm I wonder who the powers that be will listen to ? The old guard who been there for over 10 years and in some cases over 15 years or some young buck ?

If you noticed, it is the young guard that is constantly leaving EA, not the old guard. It is like that any job. Some guys are strictly clip board, we follow numbers and data type of guys and some guys see reality and follow the vibe of the people.

I don't believe the "Corp" has anything to do with it except make sure make they make the game within the budgets and we (ea) make money.. I mean what was in CCM that the "Corp" cut out??
