Missing Players in Offline CCM

So I went to try and trade for Ryan Broyles in my CCM, but it looked like he was released by the Lions. So then i go to free agents list to pick him up and low and behold he is not there either. Then I start to notice that there are quite a few players when they get release they just disappear. Has anyone else notice this?

Game appears to have a limited amount of free agents so it deletes lower overall players.

That just makes perfect sense then. Why give us that option on signing the player we truly want.

yea i hate that they put a limit and just delete guys just for no reason....one many reasons why i havent even started a ccm yet, i've tried over and over for for some reason the cmp would cut mohamed massaquoi from the browns and i would look and he was gone... id restart same results.

Trick that I used to save some players. I changed as many FAs as I could to kickers and punters, then started the franchise.

Week 4 of preseason, cut players. Then go to FA and sign 6 players. You are allowed to hold 59 on your roster. I try to save 6 players before advancing the week.
