If one does a Fantasy Draft CcM are previously traded draft picks return or if I'm the Rams will I have 2 firsts for the upcoming rookie draft?

Yes you should have two. The Colts are missing their 2nd (Vontae Davis trade) whenever I start.

No they won't, every team has 1 pick in every round of a fantasy draft, obviously, wouldn't make any sense otherwise would it?

I think people are a bit confused with the question. Let me try and explain from start to sum up whole thing. And correct me if I am wrong of course.

Fantasy Draft

All teams get 1 pick per round, until team is full.

Play your 1st season

The first draft you enter will have current accurate picks. Meaning if you are Rams that first draft you will still have 2 picks, but for the fantasy draft all teams are equal.
