Loving the game but have I missed something why in game 8 year 2 have all of my o line got 0 production still?

no, it's every o-line on every team. Offensive linemen don't gain production. Honestly I have no clue what production does (but it does seem to increase OVR by a small amount) but O-linemen don't get it. Other positions get it based on individual stats so I suppose o-linemen could get it for pancakes but they simply don't no matter how many they rack up. It seems to be absolutely fixed at 0 as I've even had tackles who I've played at TE and caught several passes including TDs in a season yet still zero production. I've also yet to see a FB get any production but that might just be the way I play.
