Cant change o line positions

This always irratates me the fact that tackles cant play the guard position or center position and vice versatile in CCM and I just don't understand why I was wondering if there was anyway to get around this.

I have two right tackle with over 80 overall but I need a guard I cant put my tackles in the guard position in depth chart so I'm force to trade one this is so stupid o line man switch positions all the time in NFL

CCM is ridiculously full of such restrictions alas
This irritates me greatly too , and I see no valid reason for it , as you say this happens in the NFL all the time
I asked @clintoldenburg and @josh_looman for an explanation but received no real answer or indeed any reply from the latter so I'm just hoping it is changed for M14
