I find that unlikely. Lets face it, every starting RB (OVR 80+) has a BCV of 90+. Are they performing better than a RB with a 70 OVR? Playing the Browns I often find Ogbonnaya making bigger plays than Richardson and Richardson is better in every single category. Even with a BCV of 90+ a RB misses big holes almost every time.

I have the feeling that only Carrying, Speed, Acc., Catching is important. stiff arm (strength) and juke move seem to be very important as well as that are the moves that my RB uses most of the time to break tackles.
