I just finished my 1st season as the Eagles and drafted QB Will Myers, ROLB Ahmed Williams, DT Jesse Crenshaw and FS Rob Boyle in the 2013 draft. Here are some of their ratings:

QB Will Myers: Quick Development 81 OVR 94 THP 83 SAC 86 MAC 75 DAC 72 RUN 47 PAC 83 AWR

ROLB Ahmed Williams: Quick Development 79 OVR 86 TAK 85 POW 83 SPD 67 STR 85 AWR 85 BSH 80 PUR 80 PRC

DT Jesse Crenshaw: Star Development 79 OVR 89 STR 85 PMV 86 BSH 64 PRC 80 TAK 74 POW 84 AWR

FS Rob Boyle: Normal Development 73 OVR 57 MCV 64ZCV 68 PRC 64 PUR 60 BSH 64 TAK 81 SPD 83 AWR

Should I wait to get 50,000 XP and upgrade my QB, ROLB and FS (100,000 XP for him) to star development? Or just start upgrading their skills now?

If they are going to be starting then maybe. If they are backups it will take forever to build up that xp and most likely they will go down due to not reaching yearly goals so that doesnt really make sense to wait. ROLB also is affected with whether or not you actually have goals for him. With the LB no goal glitch it hinders how much xp they can get by some.

They are all starters and each one but my FS accumulated over 10,000 XP by week 1 of the regular season. I think it will take one full year for each one to reach 50,000 XP. I definately think it is worth it for my QB. Not sure about my ROLB or FS.

i wouldnt for the LB and FS because its hard as it is to g4t xp it would take a few years before it would pay for itself. like 3+ years. and i would hope u get a better FS by then haha.
