Is the consistency trait worth 10000XP?

All of my XP goes to actual abilities like CTH, RBK, ETC.... Hard for me to justify anything that doesn't really seem to 'do' anything.

I'm trying to develop Terrelle Pryor in my CCM, he has 70s in all the accuracy categories. On consistency zero, I'd occasionally get games where he couldn't hit a slant pass. Like, miss a guy by five yards when throwing from a clean pocket bad - and this would last the whole game. I spent the points I had been saving to give him quick development on bumping his consistency to Three, and it seems like the WTH? throws are down to 1 every half, at most.

I control my one guy and don't switch.

I usually play the DT like King. Sometimes, I'll play the DEs (especially in the 3-4) or an OLB in the 2-4-5.
