Here is what I am starting tonight. Sending Washington some picks (3 & 6) for Kirk Cousins.

Rebuilding the Raiders starting with Cousins.

Also thinking about trading McFadden. I am using Stanford as my offensive model. Hard nosed running team with a lot of TE use. I need more of a power back, instead of what McFadden is.

My other idea would be to do the unthinkable, trade Megatron and rebuild the Lions offense in the same mold I had mentioned above.

IMO Stafford would greatly flourish in a system that runs the ball with authority and with an o line that is extremely physical.
