What's wrong with that screenshot?

Cap space + salaries + cap penalty = the cap. Looks like the rookie stuff hasn't been added to the team salary or removed from available cap.

Am I missing something?

Not like it really helps the issue, but I've experienced many of the same problems, to the point that I just turn the salary cap off with all of the glitches in it. Teams usually behave close to the same way without the cap as they do with it. Just don't exploit the lack of a cap limit, and you'll be fine.

Im having something similar as well. I only have a 4th and 6th round pick this year, and on the player salary screen it says I am 11.9 million under the CAP, yet when I go to re-sign my players it says my CAP room is 1.1 million.

Im probably going to have to trade Chris Johnson in order to re-sign Bobby Wagner and Bruce Irvin.

everything works fine on the team salaries page, but when i go into free agency, there is $11 million missing.

Ah, OK. I've seen stuff like this, usually the opposite though, had more room freed up. I attributed this to bonuses and stuff.

Just another example of poor communication from the game is all, not a bug IMO.
