I am pretty much done with NCAA Football 13 and was thinking about getting Madden and see that it is $36 on Amazon with free shipping. I am strictly a single player gamer and like to play a full season with a team against the cpu and when that season is finished I start another season with a different team.

I think this game got several patches. Did they finally fix any/all gameplay issues, AI issues, etc? Do games against the cpu play out realistically? Any glaring on the field issues?

My opinion, not worth it. Nor is any Madden period. Game is a joke. I have played for 20 years, and not getting any better. Having said that, if you do buy it, definitely used sliders.

Wow, I assume this game has some gameplay or AI issues then? Should I look at getting Madden 12 then? I think I can get that for $15.

If I were you i'd wait for Madden 25 (Madden 14).
Madden 13 has a couple small gameplay problems but you dont really notice them. Madden 13 CCM feels very incomplete, I know it's a start but they definately did not reach expectations for me. So I would do one of two.
- Wait For Next Madden
- Go Get Madden 12 Cheap
