The game is designed for the "I watch only my team on Sunday" football enthusiast. Real fans of the game of football feel cheated. I've just lowered my expectations and accepted what is presented in front me and now I'm enjoying the game more than ever.

Madden 13 was fun for me so I'll assume Madden 25 will be also.

The game will not be fun again until size and ratings outside of speed actually have a huge upgrade in importance to on field outcomes.

Big huge DL players (with respect to ratings) that make running a pain in the...
Matchups where you are scared to single cover a Moss type WR, or you are facing a team with OL players and a RB that make you absolutely avoid calling a qtr defense against single back big forms.

Speed already matters, but the deep game got neutered because people whined that you couldn't cover Moss one on one - well duh! That is where you have to game plan and if you blitz in cover 0 - you better dang get to the qb if you just left Megatron in single coverage.

But size/str/brute force has never been represented well.

Game needs to be more balanced, great players on DL need to be a pain to block with anything less than great OL players.

And I think it was mentioned before by someone else - fix the size ratio of players to the field..........
